Vidal to head sales at Iris

Trading and risk management technology developer Iris Financial has named Jorge Vidal vice-president of sales.

Vidal will be based in the firm's New York office. He joins Iris from Trema Americas, where he served as executive director of sales and business development for the firm's North American operations.

He has also held positions at Reuters and Tibco Finance.
